Doña安娜县 staff will host a series of meetings regarding the adoption of the Unified Development Code, UDC, Plan 2040: The Comprehensive Plan and to create a Zoning Map for the area, known as the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority Extra-Territorial Zoning, CRRUA-ETZ. 

The CRRUA-ETZ was jointly established in 2009 by the County and the City of Sunland Park. The County pursued this process and held numerous public meetings in late 2018.  Input received from these meetings was incorporated into the current zoning map proposal available at 地理信息系统.su-de.com/portal/home.  A letter with pertinent information was mailed to affected property owners in mid-January.

The public is invited to attend meetings hosted by County staff to provide input regarding the proposed Ordinance and zoning map changes for adoption, starting 星期二,2月. 6. 请访问 su-de.com/departments/community-services/community-development/udc-land-use-regulations for more information on the proposed Ordinance and zoning map.

Public input meetings will be followed by the Planning and Zoning Commission public hearings 星期四,2月. 22 and Thursday, Mar. 14 to consider further input and their recommendation. Approval by the Board of County 委员 will be considered 周二,4月. 9.
